Pool accessories

More uses from one pool

The pool structure determines how long a pool lasts; the accessories determine how it is used. A movable floor and a bulkhead can turn one basin into several pools with their own depth. Competition equipment makes a pool ready for official events. Safety features and wellness elements broaden the programme for families, schools, clubs and guests.

All accessories are designed to work with Myrtha pools, both in new construction and in renovation with RenovAction. We advise which combination fits your programme and budget.

Designed for safety and comfort

Safety and comfort are not a separate product but a quality of the whole pool, best designed in from the start. We look at user groups, supervision and access together with you and your operator early in the project.

• Soft Floor: a layer of closed-cell foam beneath the pool membrane that absorbs impact and helps prevent slips and falls in shallow zones, beach entries, children’s pools and rehabilitation pools. In Couvin, Belgium, both renovated pools were fitted with it.
• AngelEye: underwater cameras and analysis software that distinguish normal swimming from signs of distress and alert lifeguards immediately. The renovated competition pool in Saint-Servais, Namur, is monitored by twelve underwater cameras.
• Beach entries, stairs and ramps: a gentle slope that recreates a shoreline, and stairs and ramps made to measure, so everyone can enter the water easily.
• Movable floor at deck level: closes the pool when there is no supervision and prevents falls into deep water.
