Our team

Eric leads EWAC, the family company his father Frans Legdeur founded in 1988, and has been its director and owner since 2005. He is director of EWAC B.V. and EWAC Pools B.V. Under his leadership EWAC grew from stainless steel engineering into hydrotherapy pools, movable floors and, now, Myrtha pools for the BeNeLux.

At EWAC Pools, Jelmer develops the market in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. EWAC Pools is the official Myrtha dealer for the BeNeLux. Together with municipalities, operators, architects, consultants and contractors, we deliver stainless steel pools for sport, leisure, hospitality and wellness: new build and renovation, from first design to handover.

Jelmer knows EWAC from the inside: from 2006 to 2012 he worked here as a mechanical engineer and system administrator. After roles as project engineer, product owner and analyst, he returned in 2026.

Joep has worked at EWAC since 2014. He started with a graduation project on production logistics at EWAC, then worked in sales support, as service and maintenance manager and as international sales manager for the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Since 2023 he has been Head of Global Sales of EWAC Medical and a member of the management team.

At EWAC Pools he shapes the commercial strategy for the BeNeLux and manages everything related to Myrtha: quotations, client visits and project coordination.

Tim joined EWAC in 2017 as service and maintenance coordinator and has been head of operations since 2020. Before that he worked for more than ten years as a mechanical fitter, repairing, overhauling and improving machinery, and as an R&D engineer.

At EWAC Pools he is responsible for planning, installation and service: the team that builds your pool on site and maintains it after handover.

Teun first worked at EWAC Medical in 2017 and 2018 in sales support. After five years as a financial advisor at ABN AMRO he returned in 2024, and since 2025 he has been International Sales Manager of EWAC Medical for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Oceania, including international trade fairs and the company’s rebranding.

At EWAC Pools he is responsible for marketing: positioning the brand in the BeNeLux, the website, social media, content, campaigns and trade fairs such as the ZwembadBranche Dag, in close contact with Myrtha.
