2. What data we process and why

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Who we share data with
- Myrtha Pools S.r.l. (Italy), the manufacturer of the pools, where needed for a proposal, design or delivery of your project.
- Processors working on our behalf under a data processing agreement: website hosting and management by our web agency Dux (Estonia, EU) and our IT partner in the Netherlands, our IT partner in the Netherlands for e-mail and IT, and Google Ireland Ltd. for Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Authorities where we are legally required to do so.
Some Google services may process data outside the European Economic Area, in the United States. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses also apply.
4. Cookies
We only place necessary cookies without consent. Analytics cookies are placed only after you have given consent via the cookie banner, which you can withdraw at any time. See our cookie policy for the cookies we use.
5. Newsletter
We only send a newsletter if you have signed up and confirmed your sign-up by e-mail. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link; you can also unsubscribe via pools@ewac.nl. We may send customers for whom we have carried out an order information about similar products and services; you can always unsubscribe free of charge. If we use a mailing platform for this, it acts as a processor on our behalf.
6. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS), restricted access and secured systems.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Send your request to pools@ewac.nl (attn. privacy); we respond within one month. If you have a complaint, please let us know. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
8. Changes
We may update this privacy statement. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the latest change.
